Sometimes you watch something, and it rumbles around your head afterwards. In this case, a Nature show had all kinds of creatures in it, and certain things stuck. Inspiration in poetic form arises from anywhere. There is no rhyme or reason as to what sparks throwing some words down. Enjoy what’s scribed below and take the challenge to write about different topics.

Neat Nature Nothings
Look here, you sarcastic fringehead,
I’m not ready for that Jurassic encounter,
rather more about camouflaging to chill,
in a cuttlefish manner.
Nature teaches things,
and what I’ve learned is the need to click,
in a bubbly herring fashion,
propelling myself out of situations
too inky to write,
meandering through forests
lush in kelp mana.
A stanza,
something as foreign to me as
astral projecting romantic habits,
but that humpback singer,
inspired dusting off playful banter.
Cuttlefish, a fascinating creature of the ocean, belongs to the class Cephalopoda, closely related to squids and octopuses. Known for their unique physical characteristics and remarkable intelligence, cuttlefish inhabit the world’s oceans, including the Indian Subcontinent.
