A Moment Haiku (Poem #16, NaPoWriMo 2024)

By Daniel Paiz

Life ebbs and flows, and there are times when a moment slows things down. A Moment haiku is a reflection of this brief countless seconds ticking away. Reflection has been a strong motif throughout this year and previous year’s entries. NaPoWriMo might just be a moment to reflect and reset in this zany and unpredictable thing called life.

A Moment Haiku

A breeze talks softly,

a moment, to surrender.

rake and sand, stay there.
