Life gets busy and too often one is all gas, no brakes. That can lead to unnecessary derailment and painful outcomes no one wants to go through. So, naps, or focusing on getting to bed earlier are key responses to being tired.
NaPoWriMo is about all aspects of life, including getting shut eye and reminding others to as well.
Rest Reminder Haiku
Life zooms way too fast,
Shifting gears without rest is
quickest way to grave.
