Halloween Haiku 2025 marks the return of the beloved haiku on this site. Five lines, followed by seven, ending with five more lines makes up a haiku. It is simple, yet it is a tool to reflect on the words selected and message delivered. Some haikus are timeless, while others are quite timely for that moment of life.

This one is meant to be a mixture of a bit of fun, but also a reminder for the masses.

You’re not afraid of,

Ghouls, creatures, the others, but,

Growth and change though, yikes!
