There are plenty of people out there with life experience. Folks who have lived quite a number of decades. Those who have encountered hardships, trauma, joy and more. Then there are those of us who write about it, and purport to exude some wisdom out to the masses. Also, a reminder for those unfamiliar with a haiku: three lines of words, following a 5-7-5 syllable format.
Perhaps this life haiku will be of help. I can’t see how it would hurt. Make sure to take some breaths, though.

Life Haiku
Deep breaths can be good,
You must process life’s dealings,
To not do, will bruise.
