NaPoWriMo 2026 pushes on as nearly a week of poems have already been created thus far. There are prompts to take on and whatnot, but for today’s piece, the challenge will be a bit different. There will be some interesting order going on throughout.

Today’s NaPoWriMo piece will be using alliteration to convey the message. While no one is monitoring if this is followed closely, this writer plans to be strict about it. Each word in each line will be starting with the same letter to boot.

Let’s begin.

Alliterative Adventures Pt. 1

Advocating aspirational advancements among all artists,

Benefiting bards beyond bucks, banks, bars,

Cinematic cacophonies chastising corrupt characters cheating creativity,

Dynamic digital designing developing drawings, divine despite dastardly deities,

Effectively eradicating everyone’s enjoyment, earnestly echoing euphoria,

Fantasy fixtures financing felonious facts, fast friends fixating frequent fasts,

Gaslighting gregarious, generous grumps, gesticulating graphically gentle goofs,

Horrendous, happenstance hollowly hastens happy horses,

Ignoring indignant indris, illustrious isolated impalas…
