It is April 30th, and just like that another NaPoWriMo 2015 has come and gone. We have enjoyed the challenge of 30 poems in 30 days, and hope that you have appreciated the journey, and also created some of your own verbal visuals so to speak. but it is also that time,
where what you see on the screen is not what one should model
their heroic ambitions after.
Those who are
extraordinary
consistently take care of what is necessary to take care of
even when it is the absolute last thing they want to do.

steps towards change and improvement.
The steps that

quickly breezes through
with a
5 years later,
6 months later,
or some other variation of time
that is deemed unimportant to cover
when it comes to the necessary actions of growth.
Extraordinary
is too often when these souls who perform wonderful tasks
are not given the appreciation
admiration
or respect they so truly deserve.
All one can do today to be extraordinary,
is to improve the world around them,
and hope
that the world is just
a tiny bit better
than it was when they arrived.
That’s what our plan is
What’s yours?
