Debating what to do can sometimes be more difficult than actually doing something. For this newest installation for national poetry writing month, that process is what’s being questioned. There’s no need to overthink this, but rather get things going instead.
Get Things Going
Thoughts rattle around,
debating on what to do next,
best laid plans need to get scrapped
not always in jest.
I want the best to be delivered,
but know sometimes that means just get it out,
keep scribbling, keep writing,
take action through all of the doubt.
