It’s possible that the Naani poetic structure has been attempted here before, but recent memory does not serve up any reminders. For this NaPoWriMo entry, the following poem will follow the structure of this kind of poem. Naani is four lines only and should be between 20 and 25 syllables. There’s no theme expectation for this poetic structure.
It’s interesting there are some structures where the expectation is a certain kind of theme. Seems odd, but the literary world does love its rules (and then routinely ignoring them for some reason after emphasizing them in the first place).
Tick-Tock…
Consider what means the most,
Outcomes are lacking without the journey,
tick-tock,
Wick won’t be your demise.
