So many things can be said in 17 simple syllables over the course of three lines. Haikus also allow you to really think about the overall point of the piece and yet reveal only what you truly deem necessary. With that being said, this one reflects on both Easter and the current state of affairs we are all in right now.
Easter Haiku
Easter season ends,
What have you learned from within,
Are you really kin?
